More Kid Wisdom

Elise,
You have been doing some pretty funny stuff lately. Here are just a few things you did and said.

You came to me with some tape that had gotten all stuck together and asked me to help you get it unstuck. I was busy at the moment and so I said, go ask daddy, he's smart, he can help you. And you go, no I'm the smart one. And then you unstuck the tape yourself. lol

In Sacrament meeting, you put the program on your head and said really loud in a squeeky little voice, I'm Robin Hood, I'm here to help you! And then mom wouldn't let you have a snack because you just had one, and you yelled really loud, mommy you are evil!

Then tonight, you were playing with your belt and swinging it around, (all the time I was telling you not to), and just as I predicted would happen, you hit yourself in the head with it, well, I was on the toilet when this happened, and motherly instict just kicks in and I pick you up and put you on my lap (while on the toilet-gross I know) and you scream, eeeeeewwwww and jumped off my lap really fast and then me and you just bursted out laughing and we laughed about it for about ten minutes. It was pretty funny!!!

And then lately when someone says something you think is funny, you say, no you silly one!

You are so cute. Keep making me laugh, Elise. I love it!

Love,
Mom

Walking With Dinosaurs: The Live Experience

Elise,

Yesterday we took you to Walking With Dinosaurs: The Live Experience.

It was way cool! You enjoyed it except for when the Utah Raptors and the T Rex came out. Then you got scared. You would put my hands over your eyes and hide. So funny. Then I bought you a little spinning flashlight toy for a souvenier and boy did that make you way happy! Here are some pics of the dinosaurs that we saw:

Dino Museum and Jump on It

Elise,

A couple of weeks ago, we took you to the dinosaur museum at Thanksgiving Point, and also to Jump on It in Lindon, Utah.

At the dinosaur museum, you had a great time! Me and you crawled into a cave and you said that we were hiding from dinosaurs. And then you got to play in mud and boy, did you really like that! Then we took you to Jump on It---they have trampolines everywhere and blow up slides as well as a few little rides. At first you were scared, and so you just played in one of the bouncy things that no kids were in, and rode some rides (I think those were your favorite), but then you got brave and got on the trampoline with mom, and boy did we have a blast! You would jump and jump and jump until you fell down, and then you would say, I'm dead and stick your tongue out. It was so funny! And when it was time to go, I had to drag you out kicking and screaming because you wanted to stay longer. lol
